Do I need to register to attend this event? Advance registration is encouraged as our team will send out event communications, including special videos and auction information before April 3rd. If you forget to register but will still want to attend, you can simply visit our website at 5:30 PM to see the live event broadcast
How much does it cost to attend the IMPACT Gala? The event is free! You can support our agency by purchasing an event ticket, which include a meal, wine and an automatic $100 donation to our agency to support our work. Tables are also available and come with 10 meals and wine. You can also make a donation before, during, or after the event or bid on one of our 20 wonderful auction packages.
How does the online auction work? All auction items will be available for view in advance of the auction opening date. Once the auction goes live, you can bid on packages by visiting our auction site.

Will you have a raffle? Yes - and this year you could win a trip to Italy, complete with a specialty foods basket to celebrate your win! Simply visit our auction page and purchase raffle tickets. The drawing will take place during the live event. More details about the raffle can be found below.
What will the event program look like? This year's event will feature a DJ, a live performance by Tahirah Memory, a photo booth, and stories of hope and resilience from those we serve. Our event co-hosts, Johnna Wells and Brenda Braxton, will highlight
incredible auction packages for you to bid on and introduce our guest speakers. There will opportunities to donate throughout the evening. The night will begin with a pre-show and auction preview at 5:30 PM, with the main program beginning at 6:00 PM and lasting for just under an hour.
How do I view the event? Simply visit our website on April 3rd at 5:30 PM. It is recommended that you have two devices ready to participate in the gala, such as a computer to watch the live stream and a tablet or smart phone to bid or give. You can also add the gala to your calendar by visiting this link.
If I win an auction package or the raffle, how will I be notified? You will be emailed after the event if you win an auction package. Packages can be delivered to homes within the Portland-metro area or be picked up at our office. If you live outside the Portland area, shipping will be arranged and the bidder will be responsible for shipping costs.

Projects, Inc. The price for entering the raffle is $100 and up to 100
